Nokli Malta is a sole trader based in Malta.

2. Products

We sell hair care products through our Shopify online store.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, colours and packaging may vary slightly depending on your device or changes made by the manufacturer.

We reserve the right to update product information or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

A product is unavailable;
Payment cannot be authorised;
Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected; or
We are required to do so by law.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Euro (€).

Where applicable, prices include VAT in accordance with Maltese law.

Payment must be completed before your order is dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorised payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within Malta only.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Ownership and responsibility for the goods pass to you when the products are delivered to the delivery address you provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your purchase is covered by our Returns & Refund Policy.

If you purchased online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable Maltese and European Union consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:
